In our work-in-progress, Tectonics, we began each morning by embodying magma, exploring the constant pressure of magma as it moves and coagulates. Our muscles became the force beneath the tectonic plates, while the body tried to create space for the heat to escape.
One very important element is caring for the rhythm, even when the pulse is irregular.
